The Irish Pairs Sea Angling Competition was originated by Gerry Flynn of the Irish Tourist Board (ITB) in 1980, when Gerry promoted a UK competition, which saw one pair out of every 30 who competed around the UK qualifying for an expenses paid trip to the Dingle Peninsula in South West Ireland. Of the event and the type of fish that are we are likely to catch in the matches. Measure and Return Match Rules (click here). This years challenge match was hosted by SAMF on the shingle beaches at Kelling in North Norfolk on the 5th and 6th of December.
