http://mendenfamily.blogspot.com/2015/05/memorial-day-weekend.html
Monday, May 25, 2015. School is out but there is not time to "sit by the stream and lazily dream". Mallory started out summer by hiking to Fossil Springs with her friends and the Jones family. Who have the tradition the day after school gets out. McKay practiced his golf skills. Sydney had her last game of the season and last game with Coach Steve. Here he is giving them an emotional goodbye speech. Steve would always say that he has a "passion" for coaching soccer and. It was definitely true! And the ni...

Bagley in Baltimore: July 2014
http://bagleyinbaltimore.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 28, 2014. The Spirit we carry is probably carrying a lot of the stress and exhaustion. First off, I hope you had a great Birthday Daddy! I am so impressed with you and Sam climbing Mt Adams. It looks beautiful! Also, my ministerial certificate expires February 24th, so that week I will be coming home unless any other changes are made. Crazy. It's so fun being part of this historic event in church history. We truly are those "other servants" the Lord asked for in Jacob 5. Sister Begody and I.

Bagley in Baltimore: October 2014
http://bagleyinbaltimore.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 27, 2014. Say a prayer of gratitude. I can't believe how much the boys are growing up. A tear came to my eye thinking of Parker being able to participate in priesthood ordinances like that. How exciting it is to know that the Priesthood power of God has been restored to this earth. This was an exciting week! Miracles for the week! Who was jumping into his jeep. We ran across the street to give him one of our. Cards He apologized because he had to run, but graciously took our card. Abo...

Elder Menden's Mission : March 2015
http://eldermenden.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Saturday, March 28, 2015. This week was pretty wild. I debated whether or not to share this little piece of information, but I figured I´ve been painfully honest my whole mission through so why stop now! Wednesday night E. Zolet and I were held to gunpoint by a guy who was looking for the elder of the neighboring Ward. Apparently 2 elders there are teaching a gal whose boyfriend is in prison and. Also didn´t ask for wallet, so that was nice.). On all of this we had to do without our flipping cell phones!

Elder Menden's Mission : December 2014
http://eldermenden.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 25, 2014. It was so great to talk to Elder Menden on Christmas day! Here are a few parting thoughts that he shared with us. Monday, December 15, 2014. Let´s just say, I am NOT in Birigui anymore. It´s so strange to serve at the heart of the mission! I´ve never done! The wards are stronger.the people are more educated.we have a giant Mall in the middle of our area. The biggest struggle we´ve had is that this area is FILTHY RICH! So different challenges. But I´m happy to be here&...I don&...

Bagley in Baltimore: November 2014
http://bagleyinbaltimore.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 24, 2014. I have many things to be grateful for. First off, thank you for the package! I'm so excited to have language study again. The only thing I'm torn between is whether I study spanish or portuguese (or both? After my mission. But luckily I don't need to worry about that for a while! We had a Heritage Night on Friday, where members could bring food from their country/culture. We had tons of food from El Salvador and then there was dancing! Other random events from the week, we have...

Bagley in Baltimore: January 2015
http://bagleyinbaltimore.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 26, 2015. Pride is thinking that you are nothing. This was a great week, except for my sore throat I've had all week. I'm living off of cough drops! At church yesterday it was rough, I couldn't sing and I sounded like a little boy going through puberty. The people that we talked to on many door steps probably wondered if that was really my voice! More and more snow this past week! I'm tired of the snow. I know this gospel is true. I know that Pride is not only thinking highly of yours...

These people are my family and I just love them all :) It's funny, many times this week I have been asked by members, "Wait, how long have you been in this ward Sister Bagley? I know I've been in the ward a long time when the old members are now making fun of me all the time.and Sister Stout finds it HILARIOUS! Women's conference was great this weekend! Bagley in Baltimore: We promised that our message would enrich their lives
http://bagleyinbaltimore.blogspot.com/2015/01/we-promised-that-our-message-would.html
Tuesday, January 20, 2015. We promised that our message would enrich their lives. Thank you Dad for encouraging me to use my musical talents on my mission. The reason why President asked us all to be at transfers is because they were announcing the new mission president, President Christiansen from Provo UT, who will be coming in July. We are asked to pray for him and his family as they prepare to take on this new calling. So a few monday's ago we met this woman Stacey. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
