Immigration Canada turns down an application for permanent residency for a 20-year-old because he has Asperger Syndrome. They figure that he will be a $7,000 annual burden to the healthcare system. February 18th, 2015 (11:24 pm). Another year: Day the One hundredth and seventh. So we got ourselves in order, as I mentioned, and headed out back. Conditions were very very nice and we enjoyed the quiet and 'fluffiness' of the run. The most recent snow was very light powder and as such leant all movements something of an ethereal quality as we mostly just floated over the snow. These are conditions I can endorse.
