Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones." Proverbs 16:24 NIV. A blessing is a prayer based on God's word. A blessing is asking God Who is Able to fulfill His word in people's lives. Anytime is a good time to give a blessing eg. a birthday, before exams, during a crisis, when someone is ill, when you have a meal with someone, car rides.
