Summer Staff Scholarship Fund

Our scholarship fund exists solely for those whose personal and family resources make it difficult or impossible for them to return to school in the fall after a summer of volunteer missions ministry at Ironwood. The scholarship gives them a glimmer of hope and challenges them to trust the Lord. Any summer staff member with a s chool bill/loan may raise scholarship funds to go toward those expenses. Individual gifts for summer staff with no school bill/loan should be given directly to the individual.

No more junior camp…. July 29, 2012 by. Sorry I missed last week’s update. I’ll try to make up for that by being double-interesting today. This last week, there were a total of 13 saved at camp as well as 14 counseled regarding assurance of salvation and 75 other life-transforming decisions. The total for the summer is up to 86 salvations and 62 counseled about assurance. Last week was the last week of junior camp😦. I know…so sad. We had a great summer! During the course of the summer, we have our counselors fill out decision cards whenever they counsel a camper on a given subject. We do this for a few reasons. Second, This allows us to keep tabs on our counselors.
