Jog for Joubert Syndrome. My journey from October to March, and beyond! Tuesday, November 23, 2010. I know, I'm such a blog-world failure. I've left you in the dark, lonely and wondering about my running progress. My training thus far has been great, excluding some minor set-backs like shin splints and a bad diet. I never dreamed my diet would affect my running so badly! The holiday season, for Pete's sake! Regardless, I've learned a lot about diet. It really is a key factor. Thursday is a big day for me.

5K Run/Walk and 10 Mile Race. New addition this year - 1K Little leprechaun dash. March 11th, 2017! Each year, over 650 runners gather in Albany, Oregon for the annual iRun for Kids race. This event, which is a fundraiser for the Albany Public Schools Foundation, is in it's 15th year. The race starts in North Albany, goes over the bridge, through historic downtown and out to Bryant park. This is a great run for the serious racer as well as a fun run for all ages.
