Training – Irvine Beat FM. Here at Irvine Beat FM, we are much more than just a radio station, broadcasting to the local community. We also have a training department too. Irvine Beat FM’s training department is funded in part by Magnox, Young Start and Youth Scotland. Our training department is run by two members of staff and it provides broadcast training to people between the ages of 16-24. We train school children, youth groups, Duke of Edinburgh youngsters and people with learning disabilities.
