http://crafty-pursuits.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 25, 2014. Did you just get like 5,000,000,000 new posts from me in your e-mail or blog reader? Yeah, sorry about that. As far as I can tell (due to my limited understanding of technology) there was no clear way to avoid that mess. Story of my life. The good news. now everything I have written is in one spot! Some stuff falls under more than one category, for example everything I wrote on my wedding blog was also crafty, so it will be on both pages. Yeah, but what does this mean to me Mandy?

An entrance with a rustic charm. Aug 5, 2015. Around here there's always a list of "to-do-things" to our new/old home: paint the baseboards, redo the driveway, change the windows, expand. and this list goes on and on for months or even years. It is a never ending story! One of the things that has always been a concern to me was the small receiving area of our entrance. A before and before the actual photo. Like a said before, we live in a 1938 fixer-upper. Small rustic planter from Isaac Farms. I love wh...

Wednesday, March 5, 2014. Just checking in to say hey, and let you know what a fun time I had in Florida the last few days. We went to the Everglades for 2 days and then spent 2 days just kinda hanging around in the sun relaxing. As you know, I am not good at relaxing. It's just too boring. Really caught my attention with its plethora of glazed ceramic pots for container gardening. They used broken pots for mulch, very unique idea! Every shape and size! Air plants (bromileads) are so funky! Basically, th...

October 21, 2016. I realized I never posted this! Tragic. Mila is 2 months old today. She’s grown so much already! She had her shots and ears pierced on Wednesday (also my birthday), and i went into the doctor’s office thinking she was so big, and then I saw all these babies that were 6 months old, and she suddenly looked so small again! Hey, I don’t hate it. She’s only this small once. Gotta love it. October 20, 2016. October 20, 2016. Just wanted to share. xoxo. 48 Days of Mila. October 8, 2016. I̵...

Swings On A Porch. Ahhh, those lazy, hazy last days of summer. The weather was generally cooler than normal and the humidity low here in the Northeast, and that allowed many happy hours relaxing outdoors! What better way to idle away the remaining days of summer than being cradled in a porch swing? Oh how I want one ever since I sat in one in the Hamptons. A modern approach to a traditional county look is at home down South. Do not underestimate the rope detail, or any detail for that matter! As I was fl...
