Wednesday, December 12, 2012. 1 lb pecan halves (I actually have pieces in mine too since I cracked them myself and they work just fine). Preheat oven to 250*. Grease one cookie sheet. Beat egg white and water until frothy. Stir pecans into egg white until completely coated. In a separate bowl mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon (I actually mixed them in a gallon sized ziplock). Toss the coated pecans in the sugar mixture to coat. Let cool a little and then try to eat just one! December 19, 2014 at 10:00 PM.
