Apr 26, 2015. Brief Update and Few Picts. The plan was for Jim to plant 80 acres of the north land but between Wednesday and Friday they’d gotten 2-1/4” of rain. And the culvert was completely blocked with tumbleweeds and debris so the water had jumped the culvert and washed out a bit of our driveway. Aug 23, 2014. I haven't blogged in nearly a month but there's been a lot going on at work and home so I just haven't had the time or inclination. Matt was on duty Tuesday so I spent the day with Lynlie. In the afternoon she participated in some inservice workshops at her school via Google Hangouts on her computer. Jul 5, 2015. 4th of July Weekend. I’m just going to do a quickie blog because I have other things I need to be spending time on today…. We had a short week at work because Jim and I were both off on Friday. We went down to the farm Thursday night and worked outside all day Friday spraying weeds, taking care of the cows, and other chores. Jun 28, 2015. I didn’t blog last weekend but the previous week we had kept Lea from Wednesday afternoon until Sunday. Matt and Lynlie went on a cruise with two other couples so Lynlie’s mom kept Lea from Saturday until Wednesday then we swapped. Jim took off work on Thursday and Friday to be with us and we had such a great time with her. We went to the Sea Life Aquarium on Friday. We’d never been there but had heard it was really good. The trail camera I had put on a tree by the house caught a coyote.

Jun 29, 2014. Jim got home pretty early on Friday so we got to the farm at about 7 or so which was really nice. We saw the cows out in the pasture as we drove by and they were all grouped up but looked like everyone was there. I always try to do a head count. We were in shock and couldn’t figure out how that could even happen! I took a bunch of pictures, we fed them, then went on to the north field to see the hay grazer. Feb 22, 2015. I've been studying for a few weeks to take the Google Administrator Certification exam. Finally on Friday I decided I was as ready as I was ever going to be so I submitted the info to take the test and said goodbye to $100 (but I'll get reimbursed for that.). Anyway, I passed!
