The Daily Adventures of Our Family. Tuesday, October 4, 2011. It was brought to my attention that I have failed my kids! They had no idea what T.G.I.F means. The girls and I were riding in the car. I don't remember how it came up but I said,. Lilly responds with,. I thought for a second (and giggled). And thought maybe she didn't understand me. So I repeated myself. I said T.G.I.F". To that they said, "What's that? Have I taught my children NOTHING in life? Fridays were a big deal as a kid.

The Daily Adventures of Our Family. Monday, September 19, 2011. Do you remember this. I was accepted into the nursing program! To say I was excited to open that letter up would be a total understatement. I was suppose to get the letter by September 30th. I received it on September 3rd. I'm so glad they saved me the agony of having to wait a whole other month! I've got so many little details that I have to work out. Between now and December! I'm excited and nervous. But excited MORE than nervous!

The Daily Adventures of Our Family. Wednesday, January 26, 2011. Lilly had her choir program back in November, as always she did great! It's nice to see that she actually sings up on stage now. I can remember back when she was 3 and she just stood there, you'd think she was having the most awful time EVER! So it's nice to see that she smiles, sings and participates now! And view their child's grades. But I'm so glad. They didn't have this when I was in middle high school. The other night I was just in casual conversation. Giving Madelyn a hard time and said,.
