A Lifeform In Northern Ireland: August 2012
http://life-in-ni.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, 9 August 2012. Crusaders F.C. 2011/12 A Season to Remember. What an end to last season it was for Crusaders. To put it in as few words as possible, Crusaders FC. Won the Setanta Sports Cup. Only the 2nd Irish League side to do so and what a day it was, as I mentioned when we were looking forward to the two cup finals. After waving our black and red flags and clapping the players off as they picked up their medals, we headed back to Seaview to drown our sorrows. Compared to how I'd woken up with...

A Lifeform In Northern Ireland: November 2012
http://life-in-ni.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, 4 November 2012. A Day Trip to the Armagh Planetarium. With family visiting and the route into Belfast about to turn into a parade for the day, we decided to escape to somewhere quieter. Our solution was to get a Translink Goldline coach to Armagh. The least populated city in Northern Ireland don’t you know! We aimed to have a quick look around the city but our main aim destination was one of my favourite visitor attractions in Northern Ireland – the Armagh Planetarium. In one room there is a scr...

A Lifeform In Northern Ireland: September 2012

Tuesday, 25 September 2012. A Ride on the Roosevelt Island Tramway. Time travelling back into our US adventure earlier in the year. On Monday 13th February, we headed from Brooklyn to Roosevelt Island so we could cross back into Manhattan. Roosevelt Island. With the weekly MetroCards we'd bought to get us around the city during our stay, we'd been pleasantly surprised when planning our itinerary to find out that you can also ride the aerial tramway. The downside to it is that it was soon over as it is ju...

A Lifeform In Northern Ireland: February 2013

Monday, 25 February 2013. February Snapshots of Belfast. Without any topic to string these photos together, here are just some sights of Belfast from over the last few weeks such as the ethereal Titanic Memorial in the grounds of city hall. Some cold but nice dandering on the sunny days. And with plenty of bright red lanterns for the Chinese new year. Some would say cracking. As always, plenty of traffic. The weather wasn't always dry and sunny, but Belfast still has it's charm. I know everyone has a dif...

A Lifeform In Northern Ireland: December 2012
http://life-in-ni.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 26 December 2012. 2012 is almost over? Hang on, what happened to the rest of it, did someone take a bite out of it like those Jaffa Cake adverts with the 'Total eclipse' lady? 8221; OK, OK, it's that time of the year again, time to review my 2012 List. Sweep keep calm and organised. You're in for a treat if you watch from 2mins 45 seconds on the youtube video linked just there), time to look back at what I have and haven't done and check to see if my point still has a pencil. Try to find/get/m...

A Lifeform In Northern Ireland: April 2012
http://life-in-ni.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, 26 April 2012. Moved house - check. Re-connected to the interwebs - check. Settled in - ongoing but almost there. Oddly though, as unexpected as events were, I think it's worked out pretty good. We quite like the new place, we've a bit more room and we moved to the area we were hoping for so that we're both close enough to work to not have to have any long commutes. Sunday, 8 April 2012. Moving House - One Piece of Fluff at a Time. And 3 years have passed us by. Friday, 6 April 2012. Somewhere ...

A Lifeform In Northern Ireland: March 2013
http://life-in-ni.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, 17 March 2013. 4 years ago I started to write this personal blog and I have to say it has served me well - it's seen a lot of water under the bridge (or flowing over the weir as the case might be in the photo below - I just didn't have anything more appropriate) however now seems like a good time to think about a change to look to the future. As well as sounding like something fun to do, I also had 3 main reasons for blogging. To be more specific, the content could be categorised as follows:.

A Lifeform In Northern Ireland: July 2012
http://life-in-ni.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 24 July 2012. Just Days until the Olympics. On Friday, the London 2012 Olympic Games opening ceremony will be in full swing. Which means, it's time for me to choose a sport or two so that in a months time I can tick off one of the items from my 2012 List - to follow an Olympic 2012 sport. Über religiously. a sport that I honestly don't care about right now. My current understanding of synchronised swimming. I'm soon going to find out and the Olympics coverage is going to be my guide of sorts.

Tuesday, 20 March 2012. Just an in-between post about NYC. This might prove to be one of the shortest posts I've ever written but I just wanted to include it for continuity and I'm sure I can find a photo or two. *finds a photo or two*. Norngirl managed to write up the day after we had our own adventures so well that I don't think there is much more I can add to our next day in New York City. Here is her post about the day. The afternoon of Day 6 (as you might have already read in Norngirls post) we took...
