https://ourlifeinsandarna.wordpress.com/2011/07/15/chanterelle-ravioli
Our life in Sandarna. Traditional Swedish Home Cooking. 15 July, 2011. It is chanterelle time here in Sweden and as it is one of my favorite mushroom I cook with it as much as possible. The best is to just fry them in some margarine and serve on toast but you can’t do that all the time. Here is one of my favorite things to do with them. 2 cups flour (semolina/wheat/durum). 1/2 cup cold water. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 cup finely chopped chanterelles. 1/2 cup finely chopped charlotte onion. 1 tsp chopped rosmary.

The first recipe that I have tried is the All American burger.

Our life in Sandarna. Traditional Swedish Home Cooking. We have moved…and food. 30 June, 2011. Bad thing is that we don’t have any really nice photos of the place yet but really, no one is interested in our apartment, it is the food that you all like.
