Located on the Queens Highway about 1 mile south of the intersection in Palmetto Point is a great Eleuthera treasure, the Island Farm. Owned and operated by Clyde and Anne Bethel, it features locally grown vegetables as well as some home made items like Pesto and Hot Sauce. They also have homemade bread on Tuesday and Friday.
