A collection of our favourite recipes. Slow cooker Boiled dinner. 1 medium onion quartered. 1 corned beef brisket (2 to 4 pounds). 3 carrots, sliced into 2-inch pieces. 1 small turnip, sliced into 2-inch pieces. 5 small potatoes, cut in half. 1 cabbage,cored and quartered. 1 Tablespoon, pickling spice. Put the slow cooker on a low setting and cover. Cook until the beef is tender, about 8 to 10 hours. Plate corned beef atop of cabbage and vegetables, and serve warm. From the kitchen of. Combine milk, brown sugar, butter, and salt in a 3-quart heavy saucepan and bring just to a boil over moderate heat,. Stirring until sugar is dissolved. A collection of our favourite recipes. 1 Veg Mr.Noodle pkg. 1 Tbsp. soy sauce. 1 Tbsp. sugar. Packet of seasoning mix from the noodles. Mix together coleslaw, noodles and almonds. Mix together the oil, soy sauce, sugar, and seasoning in a small bottle and shake to mix together. Just before serving put the dressing in the coleslaw mixture and toss together. Thursday, June 18, 2009. I didn't mean to neglect the blog this long, but there's this little guy who's been keeping me very busy. Motherhood has gone pretty much the way I had imagined it would, constant spit-up endless dirty diapers and piles and piles of laundry, this little dude goes through about 6 outfits a day. Wednesday, December 23, 2009. Wow It can't be 4 months since i last posted. But I have a very good reason for letting it slide though.I returned to work and have been doing crazy hours lately. Is in size 4 pampers, takes size 12 months in cloths, and is ready for a new car seat, He now enjoys playing with toys and he plays patty cake! Saturday, August 22, 2009. Today My little man is 4 months old! And on this date one year ago today I found out I was pregnant! I bought some rice cereal the other day and I'm thinking about starting him on it today! Well he's is pulling himself into the sitting position. and loves jumping around in his jumpperoo! Will be making a video of that soon! And everything goes stright in his mouth, he has his favourite people and when he wants something he has his own way of letting you know!
