There were parades of school children in uniforms, parades of dancing adults in variations of some scanty uniforms, beauty pageants, drumming contests, bands playing into the night and fireworks! There are three types of accommodation at Caye Casa: classic rooms, casitas and villas. All are on the ocean. All are on a private sandy beach. All are a ten minute leisurely stroll along the beach to the center of San Pedro Town. All have wireless internet, cable television and air conditioning. All have easy access to the relaxing fresh water plunge pool. All have daily housekeeping, concierge services, and night time security.

Are you located north or south of town? We are located north of the center of San Pedro; but, south of the bridge. It takes about ten minutes to walk along the beach to the center of San Pedro Town where most of the restaurants, shops, tour operators, art galleries and street vendors are located. How do we get to you? Where is the airport? What's included in the price? Do you allow children? How far away are the restaurants? Are they any good? What's the beach like? Can I snorkel there? Can I swim there?

There are three villas available one on the first floor and two on the second level. Each is available to rent either as a one bedroom or a two bedroom villa. As a one bedroom villa, guests enjoy the entire suite for themselves as well as the bedroom with the queen sized four poster bed and adjoining bath.

The classic rooms are just that classic hotel rooms with one four poster king sized bed, a private bath and shared porches. There is one classic room on each floor. All face the ocean. Our typical room, is on the first floor near the pool. Is on the second floor with a balcony over looking the pool and ocean. Is on the third floor with a view of palm trees and the ocean. Each room is also equipped with a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, distilled drinking water, and small safes.

Casitas - Caye Casa

There are two casitas side by side on the first floor three steps from the sand and about 75 feet from the ocean. Is on the right as you face Caye Casa. (the north side). Is on the left, closer to the pool (the south side). The casitas are exactly the same except for the color of the couches. Both casitas have beach front living rooms with kitchenettes, a separate bedroom with one queen sized bed and a private tiled bathroom.
