Although it is part of the main house, the Annexe is totally self-contained. LATE AVAILABILITY – Dates available in June, July and August. The Annexe is generally let on a Saturday-Saturday basis. However, short breaks are available (min 2 nights) October to February, please enquire about prices/availability. Please contact us to check availability of the Annexe. The deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking via cheque or credit card to secure your reservation. The balance of payment is to be paid one calendar month prior to arrival date. For availability or Tel: 01496 850 053. February – May 2016. 21st-28th May (Feis Ile Week).

The Annexe is tastefully decorated and comprises a small porch, shower room, open plan kitchen/living/dining area and an upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and utensils, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. There is a clothesline in the designated garden area to the side of the annexe. Bedding, towels and basic cleaning materials are supplied. The Annexe also offers:. Flat screen LCD TV. Freesat/Freeview Digital TV Channels. Free Wireless Internet Access.
