Across the Carmel in just the afternoon. I was trying to think of a new way to make roasted eggplant more interesting, glanced over to my spice shelf and saw some wasabi paste. Wasabi Roasted Eggplant Salad. All measurements are approximate). Medium sized eggplants - 2, roasted. Cilantro - 1/3 cup chopped. Pepper - to season.

In advance of Pesach. I know that stores in New York and LA carry Bisli. But I was definitely surprised to hear that it has now reached Portland, let alone the kosher for pesach version.
