A Look into Pharmacy and Culture of Istanbul. Friday, August 6, 2010. There are no refills in Turkey, they use a different system. Instead the patient gets a "report" issued by the doctor. It's good for 2 or 3 months or longer. Basically it authorizes the patient to come back to the pharmacy for more supply. Middle, as promised, that is nothing less than a calf's brain in the middle of this salad. It has a smooth texture like a very soft butter. Delightful.
