This continued for quite a while with both of us yelling (one down the elevator shaft and one up) for him to stay put. At this point he was screaming and crying for us to find him.

Friday, March 25, 2011. 2 1/2 hours of chaos and other birthday festivities. Sam had quite the birthday weekend . I think we celebrated for three days straight. I spent months barely stepping outside because you were born in the winter and I didn't want you to get chilled! Wednesday, October 19, 2011. Ben's grandma passed away October 12, just 4 days after her 91st birthday. She was the cutest little pint-sized lady! She wasn't quite 5 feet tall, but her goodness definitely made up for what she lacked in height! She truly loved and blessed everyone she met. In her funeral, her daughter said, "Lots of people collect things. Some people collect stamps, some collect coins, but Phyllis collected people." I love that because it's so true! Monday, March 30, 2015. He really is always this smiley! They say time flies by when you have children but after the first month I wasn't convinced this was actually the case. The first month is hard and full of adjustments and it was not fast, not fast at all. But now I feel like we were just at William's two month Dr appointment, I blinked and he's three months old! He is getting to be so much fun as he grows and develops. He realized he can just lay there instead of working during tummy time lol.

Thursday, June 13, 2013. Apparently Preston and I just like moving from coast to coast every 2-3 years! We start school at the beginning of August, and over the next couple months Preston and I will be apart while he works in Brazil for June and July. So things are pretty crazy right now.
