In my eyes that´s true because as well as in a gym as in writing a blog you know always (or think) that other people are watching you. And in this case you have to perform more than if you know that nobody is watching you. Is true, too. Honestly, why should other people read what I´m writing about my personal life? Only my two cents ;-).

I think the most important thing of the text is that it is not private. A lot of people read blogs and there are not always people you know.
