IT基础架构中最基础的网络也是医院头疼的问题,经常听到信息科长说这是前任扔下的烂摊子,自己没精力去整.这里没精力搞,其它事情做起来更费精力,比如网络无法连通,病毒泛滥,你搭建个HIS也是废物,医院根本无法正常使用. 国内医院没有一家不封外网的,一说就是病毒问题,其实病毒的根源并不在用户上不上外网,关键看医院的IT基础架构管理是否到位,你管理的不好没有外网也照样病毒泛滥,让你的HIS,PACS死翘翘.反看国外医院,如果有客户端不能上外网的,倒是奇怪的事情了. IT基础架构建设,无论是医院,还是企业,最最基础的东西做不好,其它就都妄谈吧.
