Venerdì 16 aprile 2010. You cannot tell the Japanese food without this sticky and smelly thing. It's quite unique and some of Japanese unfortunately don't like it. I believe it's a real Japanese soul food. Because it's absolutely good with just-cooked rice! I love it so much and especially in summer I eat it with cold noodles very often. Well, this time I got high quality Natto, see below, which is packed with thin wooden paper. You can also see how the Japanese traditional breakfast is in the photo.

Martedì 30 marzo 2010. YAKI TORI e` spiedino di pollo. Un piatto giapponese e` molto semplice! Tagliano la carne di pollo a pezzetti,la cuociono allo spiedo. Quando ero in giappone,compravo sempre un negozio di YAKITORI. Loro cuocevano YAKITORI sul carbone. Ma non posso comprarlo in Italia.Quindi faccio io! In Giappone ci sono tanti tipi di YAKI TORI. Si usano le varie parti del carne pollo. Per esempio:carne bianca di pollo,fegato,ventriglio. Io faccio a casa "NEGIMA". Significa "cipollotto". Ma.
