Ways to Stay Young. When I was seventeen, it was a very good year. The 40s - Baby Me. And so it was.a good year, with many other good years to follow. If a woman reaches the age of 50 without having diabetes or cancer, chances are she will live to be 90! I read that in an article a few years ago, and it woke me with jolt. The chances today have probably advanced that age closer to 100. What, then, are we supposed to do with ourselves for the next 30 years? Isn’t enough for me. I hope you feel the same.
