Alla fine di maggio nel centro storico di Bolzano ha luogo il famoso Festival del Gusto, un evento speciale soprattutto per chi ama le specialitá squisite dell’Alto Adige. Dal 24 al 26 maggio 2013 nel centro storico di Bolzano. Si trovano numerosi stand che offrono e presentano i prodotti tipici dell’Alto Adige come il vino, le mele, il pane, il miele, le erbe aromatiche o le grappe. Naturalmente lo speck non puó mancare!

In Alto Adige il periodo carnevalesco é caratterizzato da numerose sfilate ed eventi vari, qui si festeggia in diversi paesi e localitá come ad esempio a Terlano, Termeno o Salorno. Hanno luogo diverse sfilate e manifestazioni durante il periodo di Carnevale. Un esempio é la sfilata a Terlano.
