At the moment は、ピアノソロのための単旋律の作品です。 At the moment の単旋律は現実の音響を反映した上で、高精度で膨大な数の不協和度解析の結果から機械的に出力されています。 つまり、BCモデルによる不協和度解析を利用して出力した At the moment の単旋律は、不協和の遷移を構成していて、ごくゆっくりとした遷移を多量に並べたものなのです。 例えばド ソの音程はド ド よりも不協和度が小さいという結果が得られます。 認知科学の領域では被験者による臨床実験などが考えられますが、作曲においてはBCモデルを厳格に適用した結果が At the moment の単旋律なのだと言えるでしょう。 第２に、実際に At the moment を聞いてみると、不協和度の遷移などほとんど分からず。 At the moment - DEMO. 私が行ったことは、William A. Sethares 著の Tuning, Timbre, Spectrum, Scale の中で紹介されている方法を、MAX/MSPに移植したことです。 音高を動かす範囲はＣ４ Ｃ５ MIDIノート60 72 の１オクターブです。 不協和感が高い半音ずれた音響 100や1100[cent] では不協和度解析による不協和度も大きく、またオクターブや５度 ３度etcなどの協和感が高い 不協和感が低い 音響では不協和度解析による不協和度も確かに小さくなっています。 ちなみに、英語版のWikipedia Consonance and dissonance の項目にも似たような画像が掲載されています。 ヴィジュアルシリーズ Probed Sound として展開. ３音の不協和度の表示はとても魅力を感じたので、いくつか条件を変え、ヴィジュアルシリーズ Probed Sound として展開しました。 Miwa's first Home Page.

2010/02/18 21に、ソフトピアジャパンセンタービルにおいて、 情報科学芸術大学院大学第8期生修了研究発表会 岐阜県立国際情報科学芸術アカデミー第13期生卒業制作展 通称 卒展. 私は、修士作品のピアノ曲 At the moment の演奏映像と習作のヴィジュアルシリーズ Probed Sound. また、会期中のサウンドイベント IAMASONIC 2010 にて、新曲 In the moment を演奏しました。 の演奏 ピアノ 吉田幸央 の記録映像、及び At the moment の楽譜を展示。 In the moment は、修士作品 At the moment と同じくピアノソロのための曲です。 大きく異なる点は、 At the moment では単音を高速に弾いていくのに対し、 In the moment ではダンパーペダルを踏みっぱなしにした上でゆっくりと単音を重ねていくという点です。 いずれの曲も不協和度の遷移が単旋律に内包されていますが、 At the moment では主として音の跳躍に不協和度の遷移が現れるのみでした。 Miwa's first Home Page.
