血小板减少是指外周血小板指数少于100 10 9/L 一般称为十万以下 而言。 临床分为急性和慢性两型，前者多见于儿童，男女发病率相近 后者以青年女性为多，男、女发病率为1 3 4。 发病机制方面的研究渐有进展，现认为急性ITP是由病毒感染后，体内产生与病毒 抗原 有关的抗体，而与血小板膜发生交叉反应，使血小板受到非特异性损伤，并被单核巨噬细胞系统所清除 或者是抗病毒抗体与相应抗原结合形成免疫复合物，附着于血小板表面所致。 另外，免疫复合物 CIC 通过其IgG分子上Fc片段与血小板上Fc受体结合，并激活补体C3,使C3固定于血小板上，最终被巨噬细胞识别和吞噬。 出血程度与血小板计数有关，血小板 50 10 9/L，常为损伤后出血 血小板在10 10 9/L 50 10 9/L之间可有不同程度自发性出血，血小板在 10 10 9/L常有严重出血。 一 血象 血小板计数减少，在急性型或慢性型急性发作期血小板计数常在20 10 9/L以下，在10 10 9/L以下时可有广泛或自发性出血。 慢性型慢性期一般在(30 80) 10 9/L之间，在50 10 9/L以上者可无症状 血红蛋白和红细胞计数正常。
