This is the first salad bar in Manila that offers not just traditional salads but over 5,000 combinations to try (as stated above! Sunday, August 18, 2013. Lentils, Tofu, and Mushrooms. It was one of those days: standing in front of the refrigerator wondering what to eat, again. What to do if you have some lentils, button mushrooms, and tofu? Mix them all together and whip up a pretty satisfying meal. 8-10 large button mushrooms, chopped. 1 block hard tofu.
