My Team Fox Journey and beyond. Day 12 Time Stands Still. May 2, 2014. Love this song, even though I don’t always like it when time actually stands still.🙂. I don’t know if it’s allergies, or just being busy, but I have been so tired this week. Next week looks to be even busier. Lots of end of the year school activities, plus softball games and other activities…I predict I complain about being tired next week too. I will try to refrain.🙂. My Team Fox Journey and beyond. Day 11 Mom of the Day. May 1, 2014. Buddy Run, for their community service project. I hope we get a lot of girls there, as the team came up with the idea and have publicized it all on their own. I may run with the girls then too, but it’s just a fun run to try to get kids motivated to be healthy. It should be fun, although I hope it warms up a bit. Do something today that you’ve been meaning to do, but haven’t. Make it a good one. And tagged Girls on the Run. Mom of the Day.

My Team Fox Journey and beyond. Day 16 On the Right Track. May 6, 2014. What a gorgeous morning! It was around 90 degrees yesterday, so to avoid running in super heat I ran early this morning. It was so nice out. Cool, not too humid, I actually enjoyed the run today. I felt pretty good, but I’m still not going far. I’m trying to follow the C210k. My Team Fox Journey and beyond. Day 13 Feeling Frustrated. May 3, 2014. Now I feel guilty saying all of that. I’m a mom. Aren’t I supposed to just brag about how awesome my kid is at everything and ignore anything they aren’t the best at? She is supposed to be the prettiest, smartest, most talented(at everything), and here I am doing the opposite of bragging. What is wrong with me? Ok, here it goes…she is a pretty great kid.🙂 I am so lucky to be her mom, I just wish I knew how to do it better.

I didn’t stop posting because I stopped working out, but trying to post daily might have been a little too lofty of a goal. Especially during the end of the school year, with all the activities going on. I’ve barely been home, and when I was, blogging was not the first thing I thought to do. So i get home and call her back to say i'm there. she owes me fifty dollars and if i don't get it from her now, i'll lose it. the phone conversation goes pretty well. she's telling me she is working really hard and getting overtime. great!
