I've started an adventure into the world of cake baking and fondant. These are the cakes I've made thus far! Wednesday, January 13, 2010. These are the cakes I did for various Christmas events. The first cake was for my family on Christmas Eve; it had everyone's name on it. The second cake was for my Mother-in-law's birthday; she really liked it. It was my first time trying a bow and I think it turned out pretty well! The last cake was for my friend Jason's birthday. I love to make penguins!

I CANNOT believe I have less than 30 days until our little angel arrives! It has all gone by so quickly. Where do I start? The WORST I have ever driven in by far! Chuck and Macy came in to wake me up, and I asked what time it was. Chuck replied with, "11:10." I jumped out of bed (as fast as I could) and started getting ready for my doctor appt I had at NOON! She should be fully cooked and ready to meet everyone.
