S Club 5: fitness
http://thesclub.blogspot.com/p/fitness.html
In 2010, I lost 50 pounds while running and eating healthy-ish. I love to run but through a foot injury I've also found I love to lift. I say everyone should work out but it doesn't have to be the same work out. Find what you love, then stick with it! Medals from our first half marathon September 2010. Here I go again! I'm up 20 pounds from pre-pregnancy (which was up about 5-10 pounds what I'd like to be). Keep up with my second weight loss journey.whenever that starts. :). LL Cool J's Platinum Workout.

S Club 5: anything...but autism...or that
http://thesclub.blogspot.com/2015/06/anythingbut-autismor-that.html
Tuesday, June 9, 2015. Anything.but autism.or that. When I was pregnant with Moose in 2006, I was taking education classes and we discussed autism. I remember thinking, "oh Lord, anything but that." My husband remembers me praying about it, too. It wasn't until 2010 his autism was diagnosed. We want Him glorified and so I say "anything" as we await this third child this summer. It's a hard decision to make, saying anything. It's scary because anything means anything! I have this book sitting on my shelf,...
