Just another WordPress.com site. Archive April, 2013. Woaahhh, long time no see! I am now back (for a while), I’ve been gone to quite a while because I’ve been getting fiiiittttt. I thought I should share some of my diet/fitness tips🙂. I now only ever eat when I am hungry, as before I used to eat when I was bored. I eat around 1000 calories a day, whereas before I used to eat 1600ish. I eat 5-6 small meals a day, this is much healthier than eating 3 large meals. Sleep around 8-10 hours a night.

This is to those who are thinking of taking their own life. Think of a specific reason of why you want to take your own life. Think is it really worth it? Do you really think that not one person in your life cares about you? It’s not worth it. I can promise you, how shit life may be, it does get better. Stay strong beautiful x.
