Thursday, October 12, 2006. Why do people run marathons? Its an amazing feeling. Running a marathon. The previous marathon i ran, i ran it telling myself, this is the last 42.195 km of your last marathon, this marathon i ran telling myself i can finish, next one who knows? Every marathon is different, they're addictive, perhaps even in a masochistic way. Monday, October 09, 2006. Pics from the marathon! On the bus ride there. Deepa and Aaron trained together, Deeps is a msian (peranakan indian), Aaron is an ex ACSI rugger! At the start point before warm-up, Deepa, Jem, Aaron and me trying to keep warm in the blistering cold wind. So much for scenary. After the run, i just had my massage, meanwhile the guys are relaxing in the sun, cos walking is just out of the qn! Note: the wind is still freezing and its almost 2 pm! Happy to have finished!

The main activity at Swanhill, Grey's anatomy (Wait thats wrong, the real activity was poker and beer! Sunday, October 08, 2006. Melbourne Marathon/ Terry fox run '06 w/o pics. This blogpost is extra long, for me to remember the finer details of something that I will never forget. Just like the Spore Marathon. So 7 weeks ago. Jem and I decided it was time for us to train for a marathon! One week later, and the pain in my left foot was still there, and my knee felt unstable and painful and I still had the cold though that was a tad better, I still had green mucous! You feel no pain! You won’t give up!

For those of u who don't know, Ching, Rathi and Sheryl are part of the sisterhood which is lead by none other than the formidable Janani! And Am also knows Rathi i think. Anyways, was a damn good party! I'm not alcoholic k, i din't even get a bit high!
