Saturday, June 25, 2011. It's Laundry Day in London! Days 5 and 6). FRIDAY: Yesterday was a day of things that we were all really looking forward to! There were full blown adults on their spouse's shoulders. including two kids that were riiight in our view of the Palace, thus ruining any possible chances at taking a quality picture. Mom was irked. Soon it was 2:05, and we needed to leave to get into our seats in a few minutes, but alas, no pizza in sight! LES MIS WAS AWESOME! It was just a wonderful night.

Monday, January 17, 2011. Relief Society Flower Delivery Service. It has been so long since I've posted! This last month has been absolutely crazy. Let's recap some of the great things that happened! I'm going to avoid punctuating too much, or else everything will end up with an exclamation point because it's all so exciting. A new semester with much better classes. which I'm hoping leads to a much better GPA. Last semester of fun, but seeing the grades that resulted wasn't too thrilling. Droid 2, baby!

I watched one of my divers score a perfect 10 (and then fail her next dive.). I saw 3 guys hit the board in a meet all in a row. I dragged my kids to every practice and they loved every second. There’s just me… it’s holly. Making Whoopie… pies, that is. Y’all know I love to cook, right? My latest experiment was a recipe for savory whoopie pies. In this case – jalapeno corn bread whoopie pies with goat cheese bacon and scallion filling. Yes they were as delicious as they sound. Courtesy of Sing for your Supper. Jalapeno cornbread batter, all mixed and spicy and happy. Frying up the bacon. you're welcome. Cream cheese, goat cheese, bacon and scallions. and also winning. Makes about 10-12 pies.
