A few weeks ago I was in the UK at a very sweet wedding. THen I was in Italy with my friends Sarah and Laura,. And tonight I'm in toronto just back from a hospital after me and Laura got hit by grandma while jogging past her at a stop sign. And we're both ok. Oh and I'm tanned. I wonder when I'll update this thing.

My Ship the Mary D and Me. Wednesday, January 24, 2007. Sucka it's cold out there. I started running two nights ago.I think it was -15c. I realized when my lungs were ice that i might want to stop. Today was a long day.really long.and boring.cause I suck at being sick. God is good, I know this cause he made wheat.which made bread, which kept me busy today. Monday, January 15, 2007. Someone ought to know. I want to ask you all a question. What if communication was free? Keepin it real for the hood.

Yesterday, I was walking home from getting waxed and the tiniest little black kitten ran across my path and started mew-owing at me. He was so cute. I have NEVER called myself an animal lover. i like animals, I don't hate them, but really, I am not one to go gushy over an animal. Urgh, my heart ached to leave him there. Grown up in the sewer! I am doing clerical work at his surgery. What a treat to ride in the car with him in the mornings and sometimes see him throughout the day! And then.I went to work in the studio on my art.and then we had tea (dinner) all together when my Dad came home. How lovely to be at home again :). That was a lovely day. Places I like to visit.

Wednesday, May 03, 2006. Stuck in the mud. Well, the ireland trip was fun, but it wasn't the greatest success I've ever had. It was so big and messy, we couldn't get past the shorebreak (waves break further out and right on the shore - the longest/best rides are further out) as it was over 5ft. Thursday, March 16, 2006. Window of the soul. Intro - past three years. So I came home, rested for a month and then started work as a freelance designer. After earning a bit of money, I forked out for a healing week to try and deal with some of this stuff, which is what I went on two weeks ago. Oh yeah, one thing interesting happened during the healing week - I had a road rage attack. This psycho guy decides to come up to my window and start pounding on it because I almost pulled out in front of him.

Tuesday, June 20, 2006. The England-Sweden match has just finished, 2-2, not the best game ever but some amazing play from both sides. Despite the match, just thought I'd write a little bit about gardening, as I've been busy trying to grow veggies since April. Mainly to support my cooking, but also because it's just plain fun planting stuff in the ground, then being able to eat it - especially when you've paid 1 for the seeds and got 50 plants, when 5 of the same plants cost 1 at Tescos. Stuck in the mud.
