Except now instead of those cute gummy smiles he has two little bottom teeth poking up, they are pretty adorable too! Anyway, I am so glad that teething time number one is over! My little corner of the world. These muffins were moist, fluffy, and set up well. The flavor wasn’t that intense so I don’t know if I need more bananas or if I should have gone and bought some walnuts. I think if I make them again without walnuts I’ll probably use a little more brown sugar and definitely more than 4 bananas. 2 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour. 1 cup flour, 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour). 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 3/4 cup dark brown sugar. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
