Delicious Recipes from Mindy's Kitchen! Zupa's Wisconsin Cauliflower Soup. This soup is one of Trevor's favorites from the restaurant Zupas. I have never had the soup until I made it at home. It's simple and a great way to use cauliflower. The recipe is adapted from peachtreecooking.blogspot.com. 1 medium onion, chopped. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1 1405 oz can of chicken broth. 1 1/2 cups water. 1 head (2.5 lbs) cauliflower, cut into 1 inch pieces. 1 tsp mustard (Dijon or regular). 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

Delicious Recipes from Mindy's Kitchen! I know you've been itching to see more cakes. Sorry I haven't posted the ones of late. Maybe when I find more time in my life, I'll post them. I'm posting them on Facebook so if you want to see them, go there. I should really start a cake blog or something so you don't have to fish through so many great cake pictures! I loved when she thought she had to take the decorations off and I told her it was all edible! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Ham and Potato Soup.

Delicious Recipes from Mindy's Kitchen!: Pretty Penne Ham Skillet
http://mindysfood.blogspot.com/2010/09/pretty-penne-ham-skillet.html
Delicious Recipes from Mindy's Kitchen! Pretty Penne Ham Skillet. This was a new recipe I found in my Taste of Home Cookbook that I tried and it was a hit at my house! I was really concerned about the flavor of the peppers and how the kids would react. My two-year old had two helpings of the dish! Everyone hungrily finished what was on their plates and thought it was delicious. This is a recipe I'd like to keep around.( I am using the picture from the Taste of Home website.). 1 pkg (16 oz) Penne Pasta.

God Save the Quinn: New Year's Resolutions
http://godsavethequinn.blogspot.com/2010/01/new-years-resolutions.html
God Save the Quinn. Monday, January 04, 2010. I had a great year in 2009. I was able to compete in a national service competition in Kansas. I had a lead role in a professional play. I graduated culinary school! 1 Book at least 12 catering/craft services gigs this year. I'd like to average one a month, but I know some will have more than others and January's going to be busy, what with having a baby and all. 2 Have a baby. I like to put a few things on my list that I know I'll be able to cross off. Im a ...

God Save the Quinn: December 2008
http://godsavethequinn.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
God Save the Quinn. Monday, December 22, 2008. Let me tell you about the magic of Christmas. Two hours each Saturday I was flitting around with children. I say flitting because I made it a point to never walk. I allowed skipping, dancing, jigging, and a lot of flitting, but never just a walk. It's kind of odd having hundreds of children want to be in a picture with you. I'm now in photo albums and blogs across the Wasatch front. It's kind of awesome, however, to encourage the magic of Christmas. 6 I'm ti...

God Save the Quinn: Our Own Home
http://godsavethequinn.blogspot.com/2009/10/our-own-home.html
God Save the Quinn. Friday, October 16, 2009. Here are a few highlights of our new home. We moved down the canyon to American Fork. Tom finally exclaimed one night that he couldn't handle the commute anymore so I wasted no time finding a place. I almost didn't call on this home, and here's why:. As for the daycare: The children are adorable and good kids! There is plenty of twirling room, which is a must! This will become the nursery, but for now, it's our guest room. The bathroom has double sinks! It ce...

Delicious Recipes from Mindy's Kitchen!: Breakfast Frittata
http://mindysfood.blogspot.com/2011/10/breakfast-frittata.html
Delicious Recipes from Mindy's Kitchen! My family loves when I make Frittata. They like it with bacon, sausage, and cheddar cheese. I'll sneak bits of green bell pepper and onion in theirs as well. I like to make a mini one for myself that may include tomatoes, green or red bell pepper with onion, mushroom, basil and some feta cheese. I use this basic recipe from allrecipes.com and then add whatever I'm in the mood for. 4 Tbl butter, melted. Bacon, sausage, tomatoes, green bell peppers, etc. Sugar Cookie...
