Mar 21st, 2010. Day 28 and 5th Sunday. On Saturday I did an action in the home. Have a TV-free evening and do something with your household instead'. Steve came around and we did some jobs that needed doing around the flat together. On Sunday I too time for myself. Slow down and savour an experience eg. a walk, a meal, a piece of music'. Steve and I went out to Edale and had a lovely relaxed walk. I saw some lovely lambs and the view from Mam Tor was superb! It was a wonderful time to forget my troubles.

Mar 18th, 2010. Today I did a community focused action. Give up your place in a queue to someone else'. You wouldn't believe how many days it has taken to complete this task! I've been trying every day. But people were just saying, 'no it's all right love you were before me! I've tried bus queues, shop queues, tram queues, cafe queues and I haven't managed to let someone else go before me! At choir we have just started learning 'This little light of mine'.
