Eventually went to sleep, but slept really crappy all night long. In my insomnia, I was researching on the computer and came across 5-htp. It helps your body produce serotonin and melatonin, which should make you calm and sleepy. sounds good. I bought a high dose with extended release. View my complete profile.

I lost another 2.5 last week I've lost a good amount of weight in 2 weeks. Good? Who am I kidding, I'm freakin' proud of myself. Even though I feel good about that, I feel like I'm hitting a wall, big time. I've been so stressed out / anxiety ridden. I've been in a sour mood. Gah, I just can't get out of this funk this week. There is something about it that helps keep my mind in it. It's a nice challenge. It gives me a clear reason to post on Wednesdays and then I can rant about whatever. It's free therapy. Earlier this year I set a goal to lose weight for my 30th birthday. I set a goal to be happy and healthy! I really enjoy this program. WIW Im back :P.

I'm so proud of myself. :) I ran/walked the thing and had a lot of fun at the event. Our local Autism Society raised $25,000 that day. What an amazing day.
