Yes Well and truly yes. I want to recover. Things I’ve achieved in 2014:. Not cut for 7 months. Managed to regain some control of my eating for the first time in around 3 years. Started talking to people when I need to. Gone out for meals- at some of which I ate 3 courses. Spent 5 days away from home in Iceland.
