Wednesday, October 3, 2012. DIY} Stud Earring holder. I wanted to improve upon my last earring holder. I had thought about this idea before, but didn't think it would work because the material I had at the time was to flimsy. (See the size differences between the mesh). This version is much simpler, no gluing needed. A pair of scissors. A frame with slide inserts. Ultra stiff plastic canvas. Cut mesh to desired dimensions. Checking against, plastic covers from the frame. I hope you found this helpful!

For this outfit I wore a plain, simple dress, which I spiced up with my bright, red flannel shirt. My dog Lizzy decided to hop in my picture and happened to be wearing a red collar to match my shirt! You can easily make a plain outfit interesting by accessorizing. Remember to mix up your outfits because one article of clothing can be many different outfits. 4th of July Treats.

Tuesday, July 30, 2013. Top: handmade by me and my mom. Shorts: DIY from Goodwill. Shoes: Converse found at Goodwill. Almost my whole outfit was old and made into something new. I sewed the crop top with a little help from my mom. Fine, with a lot of help. But I made those high-waisted shorts from a pair of very unflattering, baggy jeans.
