A little cooking adventure with a little beast. Slow-roasted (larger Roma) Tomatoes. January 26, 2011. One of my favorite food blogs is smitten kitchen. By the lovely Deb. In New York. So let’s go ahead and start off with one of her recipes! I’ve been wanting to make snacks I can take to work and these seemed perfect. Easy to make and cost effective. All you need are tomatoes and garlic and a little bit of oil! Cherry, grape or small Roma tomatoes. Salt and pepper (to taste). Bake for roughly 3 hours....

A little cooking adventure with a little beast. Pork and Chicken Stock. August 31, 2011. Making your own stock takes time but it’s definitely worth it. Many find it inconvenient but if you make a big batch of it all at once, reduce it and then freeze it in ice trays, muffin pans, etc… you have something that’ll add a tasty punch to many dishes or even be a great broth base throughout the week or longer! Vegetables in Tonkatsu Broth (from Chicken and Pork Stock). Nearly anything will do.

A little cooking adventure with a little beast. Primal/Paleo Chicken Egg Drop Soup. January 27, 2011. One of my favorite childhood dishes is 蛋花湯, otherwise known as egg drop soup. My grandmothers or mom would make extra when I was sick and the chicken broth with swirls of egg and garnished with corn, carrots and mushrooms always made me feel better. It was light but flavorful, savory but somehow a bit sweet. Laquo; Read the rest of this entry ». Slow-roasted (larger Roma) Tomatoes. January 26, 2011.

the Itty Bitty Beer Blog
The Itty Bitty Beer Blog. Tweason’ale – dogfish head. May 23, 2012. Very light and flavorful; you get a bit of tartness followed by a sweet berry aftertaste. Not what I expected, but I really like it! From → Beers I've drank. May 23, 2012. I hate to admit… It’s actually good. A bit sweet but you’d never know it was a bud. There. I said it. From → Beers I've drank. Project 4 – Schooner Exact. May 23, 2012. It was a hoppy smack in the face but still smooth and delicious. From → Beers I've drank.
