Thursday, April 1, 2010. I'm 5,500 miles away in the southern hemisphere on a small island (Viti Levu) in the vastly empty South Pacific. In addition to distance, I'm also at least five hours behind but a day ahead of most everyone who might read this. Despite the rumors, I am NOT at the beach.
