Good Food Girl: The Huffington Post: Fodmap Classics: Beef Ragu
http://good-food-girl.blogspot.com/2012/01/huffington-post-fodmap-classics-beef.html
Wednesday, 25 January 2012. The Huffington Post: Fodmap Classics: Beef Ragu. It has become a mini mission on my Fodmap path to adapt as many classic dishes as I can. These adaptations will be posted on my Huffington Post. The winter nights have left me wanting comfort and relaxation, so I have started with Beef Ragu. Deep, satisfying and just so god damn tasty, there is nothing better to heat up the coldest day. Burberry bags on sale. 17 April 2012 at 08:06. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Chocolate ...

Tales from Gin Alley | The whimsical world of a girl called Tom
https://agirlcalledtom.wordpress.com/2010/08/26/tales-from-gin-alley
The whimsical world of a girl called Tom. Well the girl bit is a tad optimistic! October and us →. Tales from Gin Alley. August 26, 2010. 8220;Can you drink gin all evening? I find it makes me really maudlin.”. Prophetic words from my drinking companion! Unfortunately he should have mentioned this before I started drinking gin rather than when I was six G&Ts into the evening. 8220;And you can drink it neat too? 8221; he quipped. And I was doing quite well, until he mentioned the M word. Then I sudden...

Bye bye baby, baby goodbye | The whimsical world of a girl called Tom
https://agirlcalledtom.wordpress.com/2010/11/30/byebyebaby
The whimsical world of a girl called Tom. Well the girl bit is a tad optimistic! Bye bye baby, baby goodbye. November 30, 2010. It is a horribly familiar situation. Waiting for a response from the other person. Desperate for them to say they are thinking the same thing and I am not wrong in clinging to that last piece of hope. I have lost all my pride. I don’t like to admit it, but I might have even begged. I am waiting. Always waiting. I am sorry Miss Sawyer but I am afraid that the car is simply not wo...

October and us | The whimsical world of a girl called Tom

The whimsical world of a girl called Tom. Well the girl bit is a tad optimistic! Tales from Gin Alley. Bye bye baby, baby goodbye →. October 26, 2010. This time of year reminds me of you. It reminds me of what we had in another October. You are the frosty mornings and high blue skies, the musty earthy smell of wet leaves and mushrooms. The warmth of eggs collected from the hens and steaming cups of tea with breakfast. We had some times didn’t we? Well the girl bit is a tad optimistic! Tales from Gin Alley.

August 15, 2016. August 18, 2016. On Friday evening I jollied down to Rockingham Racetrack. I was scrutineered and safety briefed. Then some bloke came along and pasted these stickers on the ZX10-R:. Rockingham is quite a small circuit. The front straight is an easy wind-up to 140mph, and most of the corners on the back are a straightforward 100mph. But I didn’t have sufficient tarmac to lift the Ninja out of 3rd. So I wound up earlier than planned. But I still had lots of fun. Lining up an overtake.

A Life Unordinary: 30 Seconds
http://alifeunoridnary.blogspot.com/2010/11/30-seconds.html
Also known as approximately the amount of time I have to myself at the moment if you don't count time on the train, in the shower or sleeping. The good news is I have worked my notice period at previously mentioned former employer. Indicated hers were signed, sealed and all but delivered. So much for being ahead of anything any more. And with that, my 30 seconds is up, so I shall carry on my inane ramblings at a later date. Tootaloo. Posted by Girl Friday. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

The One where I can’t feel excited, even if I try | Not raving, but drowning
https://thisiswellweapon.wordpress.com/2012/02/08/the-one-where-i-cant-feel-excited-even-if-i-try
Not raving, but drowning. Leaving, on a jet plane…. The One where I can’t feel excited, even if I try. February 8, 2012. There are 8 days to go until I leave. 8 days where I should be fitting in loads of social engagements, probably involving copious amounts of wine; panicking about what to pack, planning to see friends when we eventually get into Lusaka after our 18 hour journey from Heathrow via Dubai, trying to convince my other half that I can indeed fit another pair of shoes into my rucksack. You ar...

Goodbye Ruby Tuesday: In which I cry on the hall floor
http://goodbyerubytuesday82.blogspot.com/2012/11/in-which-i-cry-on-hall-floor.html
Saturday, 17 November 2012. In which I cry on the hall floor. It was just before 3am last night when it occurred to me that I might not be coping very well with my break-up after all. There were a few subtle signs; namely that I was curled up, foetal position, on my hall floor, still wearing my stilettos, crying drunkenly and hugging my cat. I signed up to help at my local Cadet Squadron so I'd be busy, I collected the gorgeous Oscar from Cat Protection, I had a fringe cut. Friends commented on how w...

Goodbye Ruby Tuesday: June 2011
http://goodbyerubytuesday82.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Saturday, 18 June 2011. In which I try to move on (in more ways than one). I don't need a man. Not even a little bit. I am an Independent Woman, as Beyoncé would say. My life is fabulous and full and I am happy and healthy (apart from the TB) and my future is full of excitement. And besides, there's this cute new guy at the office. The many faults of men. Sunday, 5 June 2011. In which love is in the air. Yes, I told Future Husband I loved him. Yes, I did it while my mind was on other things. Please Don't...
