Just another WordPress.com site. Something on a Sunday #8: Menus. June 12, 2011. Is rather awesome, isn’t it? Unity is impressive tech, but I’ve been infinitely more impressed with the community surrounding it. Any obscure question can be answered with a glance at their forums, any problem has most likely got a user created tutorial, example code and even tools designed to help it get sorted out even quicker. An amazing learning environment. No sound – I and others are working on that ;P). June 5, 2011.

Death, Booze, and Glory. Hard times, Second wind! I got back from my trip to Berlin 2 days ago and even though my hangover is almost gone I still feel quite low. 6 days of non stop partying will do that to you, on top of not getting any work done I must admit I’m feeling quite unmotivated and 5 minutes ago I almost gave up on this entire dream of mine. So from now on, everything will be slow, ugly and buggy! The battle plan, deadline Sunday. Green cube enemy ai, no stats, no animations, no bullshit!

Framework 홈페이지에 오랜만에 들어가봤다. 그들은 20을 만들고 있었다. 요즘은 웹프레임워크가 모두 Cloud환경에 맞춰서 개발한다. 그에 맞게 대대적인 공사중인 듯 하다. 실망스럽지만, google app engine을 사용하고, smart phone game에서 쉽게 가져다가 쓸 수 있는 framework는 아직 없는 듯 하다. Framework를 일단 쓰기로 했다. Google app engine을 data store로 사용하면 전세계 배포에 문제가 없기 때문이다. Pain on me :(. 몸도 마음도 한달째 좋지 않다. 원인을 찾고 있다. No pain, no gain. T T.

Sunday, May 30, 2010. Bullet: Score System 2. So I have been working on trying to get the scores animating for about 4 days, today i decided to scrap what i had an try something different. Enter the iTween. Package. The Itween system helped me get the result i was looking for, and seeing as it took my 4days of work and turned it into 1 line of code I was pretty happy. So heres some more gameplay footage and a glimpse of the bare bones menu system. Bullet: Menu and Score system. Brisbane, QLD, Australia.

We are a bunch of Fallout Series nostalgia fetishists living our lives one stimpack at a time. I think I've accidentally invented a new smiley. It stands for Bad Hair Day. A friend at work took it a step further and created this. Yes that's a Bad Hair and Beard Day smiley.
