Thursday, January 22, 2009. I popped into one of my regular art supply shops yesterday in Church St, Richmond and picked up a slab of Bockingford. Paper for half price. It's usually an affordable paper anyway, but I couldn't resist buying a dozen sheets for $3.50 each. That was it though - I bought all they had left. Monday, December 15, 2008. New work - oh the tranquility! I spent a few hours on our balcony today drawing. I haven't moved all of my studio from the city yet so basically had to make do with some inks and scrappy pieces of charcoal. I had bought some good paper about a month ago so that's something! I even used some of the tester pots we bought to paint the house with.Oh but I love the challenge. I'm going to frame the pair in the one frame, white. It might have to live at home.
