Batoytoy in the City. Celebrating Life and Living to the fullest. Miyerkules, Nobyembre 20, 2013. Darcy and other stories. Darcy, not in Bridget Jones, is one of the new places in town. DARCY Coffee.Tea.Panda is located at Door 4 Lucita Building at Corner Lapu-lapu and Sobrecary St. just a block after Ginos Burger. This was recommended by my niece because of the ambiance and food. You can wear the Panda head rest. A room with a view. Magbasa nang higit pa. Links to this post. Sabado, Nobyembre 9, 2013.

CHILLSPOT: BACK FROM THE GRAVE
http://tsilspat.blogspot.com/2012/10/back-from-grave.html
BACK FROM THE GRAVE. This is a sort of an obligatory entry for today so I’ll get back to regular programming on the weekends. I am still breathing, thank you very much. The 3-month long blogging hiatus was the result of the delinquency I have provoked these past weeks. I’ve really been a “bad”. In my case, “bad”. Is defined as being inactive for 90 freaking days or so and not doing my blog hopping duties. I was busy. Having a social life. 12 hours a day/four days a week work schedule. With some travel bl...

CHILLSPOT: Page 2 of 6: After-thoughts on President Aquino's second year in Office
http://tsilspat.blogspot.com/2012/07/page-2-of-6-after-thoughts-on-president.html
Page 2 of 6: After-thoughts on President Aquino's second year in Office. For 25 months now, I, with the rest of the 90 million Filipinos. Have been in eager anticipation of changes, hoping against hope really, that the promises made by the President to the Filipino people and his supporters will be fulfilled. Or will see its beginning at this time already. But the prospects have been really. Gloomy these past few months. A thing that the President, of course, wouldn’t admit. Full of unrealistic claims.

Batoytoy in the City: July 2014
http://akosibatoytoy.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Batoytoy in the City. Celebrating Life and Living to the fullest. Lunes, Hulyo 7, 2014. SAGING REPABLIK (You don't need to be a monkey to dine). Word is Saging Repablik is the new place to dine. When it opened last week, my facebook timeline was full of pictures that I got curious about the place. I only saw a few images about the menu and I got more interested with the interior. Yesterday I went there together with my buddy Myk and checked out the area (parang foreman lang.). Stairway to second floor.

Bring back the habit: In a Towering Awe: Up the Capones Island Lighthouse
http://bringbackthehabit.blogspot.com/2012/05/in-towering-awe-up-capones-island.html
Bring back the habit. Wednesday, May 16, 2012. In a Towering Awe: Up the Capones Island Lighthouse. I was informed that we were going on an island-hopping the next morning, but I didn't know it was only really "island"-hopping (yes, singular). It was only at Capones Island. But despite that, I was never disappointed. In fact, I was glad we spent the whole morning admiring the whole island. Proud to join manong at the back of the boat. Capones Island - I can't take a full view shot. The Island is rocky.

THE REVENGE OF THE FALLEN. I am a sports' lover. Well, don't be fooled by the statement. I don't do sports. I just love watching them on television. Lol.) And for sports' lovers like me, the second week of November crunch will be an action week. Cos it's - drum rolls - SEA Games. I can't hold my excitement. I've been waiting for this since the Laos' edition 'cos it only means one thing to Team Philippines. Had quite disastrous performances in the last two editions of the Games - placing 6th. The cynic in...

In Defense of the Azkals. This article is neither written to ingratiate myself with the Azkaleros nor this is written to contribute to the ongoing battle between the fans and the non-fans. There’s been some bashing and resentment in the Azkals. On several fronts. While I can understand both sides, it seems that the side that wants to bash them. Is starting to get ugly,. If not hateful. And as a young man who loves the Azkals as a team,. I just can’t shut my mouth and wait for the worst. But still, if you...
