I was reminded by some ex-students of mine that teacher's day is today (well malaysia's teachers day has long past. think it was in the first half of the year). i was greeted by a few "happy teachers day, mr liew! My standard reply was: "thanks. but i don't think it applies to me cos i've retired =)" ).
