Luke & Amanda: March 2010
http://stuckyla.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Wednesday, March 24, 2010. Going On 16 Months. Without an offer. :-/ We had another showing last Sunday. Apparently they were going on Monday to meet with a loan officer, so either they were hoping to get approved for more money, or they had never gotten pre-approved in the first place. Still no word. Luke and I are hopeful that something might come of this, but what if nothing does come of it? Do we have the patience? Do you want us to move? Or is Your will for us to stay in Salem? Some shopping trips a...

Luke & Amanda: December 2009
http://stuckyla.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, December 27, 2009. Luke and I celebrated our two-year anniversary on December 15th. We went to Eagle Crest to enjoy a 4-day vacation. It was wonderful! This day two lives become one. This day a new journey has begun. Our hearts full of lasting love. Brought together by the hand above. To share a life that draws us closer. To the one that we live for. And I will give you my heart. And all of who I am. And I will give more than vows. And words could ever say. On the cross his love was shown. Yes I&...

Luke & Amanda: April 2010
http://stuckyla.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 28, 2010. So tonight Luke's coworker is coming over to look at our house. Hopefully they are interested in renting it! Better yet, hopefully they are interested in renting it with the plan to buy it one day! I'm hopeful, but not overly excited about it. Too many disappointments does that to a person. If this does happen though, pray with us that we find the right place in Canby! Friday, April 16, 2010. Is this a sign that God wants us to stay in Salem? We don't know. It is interestin...

Luke & Amanda: I Just Liked to Play Ball
http://stuckyla.blogspot.com/2010/05/i-just-liked-to-play-ball.html
Sunday, May 9, 2010. I Just Liked to Play Ball. A year ago today my Grandpa Ernie died, and to remember him I wanted to share the poem that my Dad wrote for his burial and memorial services. We love and miss you very much, Gramps! I Just Liked to Play Ball. It's the start of a brand new softball year. Ernie is toeing the rubber, grooming the mound. Riser, Drop and Screwball without fear. One of the happiest young pitchers around. His motto, "I just liked to play ball". With the last out recorded, Toots t...

Luke & Amanda: February 2010
http://stuckyla.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 15, 2010. Valentine's Day is one of my favorite days. Not because of all the chocolate, flowers, and gifts, but because it's my love's birthday! Luke turned 26 this year. He's closer to 30 than he is to 20 now- yikes! Then we went back to the house and watched two chick flicks- "The Proposal" and "Four Christmases". I'm not sure how I talked Luke into watching them but he did. What a great husband! Thursday, February 4, 2010. Going Back on the Market. So we decided after having the house...

Luke & Amanda: October 2009
http://stuckyla.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Saturday, October 31, 2009. Jumping on the bandwagon. And starting a blog! Frustration is putting it lightly. Oh well, all we can do is trust in Him and know that he wants something better for us. Our two year anniversary is in less than two months, and I'm starting to get the desire to become a mom! I tell Luke "Everybody's doing it, so why don't we? I always seem to be just one step behind. I finally caught up when I got married, and now I'm behind again! Haha, that's just life I guess.
