These muffins are so easy to make, and so so good! 1 1/2 cup flour. 1/3 cup white sugar. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 2 eggs, whisked. 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled. 1/2 cup choc chips. To change it up a bit, I decided to make chicken tacos last minute instead, and I think i've found a new love! Here's what I did:. We did them in flour tortillas with lettuce, cheese, tomatos, and sour cream! Next time, i'm adding in some corn, and a cup of salsa to the chicken while it's cooking! Forgive me- I've got momma brain. Tuesday, March 1, 2011. Tasty Tuesdays- Nacho tortilla lasagna bake. How about a great recipe on Tasty Tuesdays? I was trying to decide what to make for dinner the other night choosing from 2 recipes. and decided to combine them! We ended up with something along the lines of a semi-spicy nacho tortilla lasagna bake. I'm one of those people that just kind of throws things together and doesn't measure very well, so i'll try to estimate what I use! 1 packet taco seasoning.
